About Austin Concrete Craft
A simple way for homeowners in Austin, Round Rock, Leander and Georgetown to get a concrete project looked at and priced by a contractor who works nearby.
What we do
Austin Concrete Craft receives requests for patios, stamped concrete, driveways, repairs, leveling and polished floors. Each request goes to one independent contractor who works in that part of the Austin area.
The contractor calls back, visits the property and provides a written estimate. If you decide to hire them, the contract, the work and the payment are between you and the contractor.
Requests come in through the form or the call button on the site. Each one is reviewed and sent on the same business day whenever possible, so the contractor can reach you while the project is still fresh in your mind.
Why it exists
Concrete in Austin depends on local knowledge: rock on one side of town, clay on the other, city limits on impervious cover and protected trees in many yards. Homeowners often struggle to find someone who will come out, look at the site and explain the options.
We set this up to make that first step easy: one request, one local contractor, one clear estimate, without selling your details to a list.
Most of the contractors who do this work well are busy doing it, not marketing themselves online. A request service lets a homeowner reach one of them directly, and lets the contractor spend time on real projects instead of chasing leads.
What we expect from contractors
Prompt call-backs, site visits before quoting, written estimates that say what's included and honest advice when a job isn't a good fit.
We also expect them to explain the base, steel, joints and drainage in plain terms, because those details decide how long concrete lasts on Austin's ground.
If a homeowner tells us a contractor didn't call back, didn't show up for a visit or left a job unfinished, we take it seriously, and that contractor stops receiving requests from us.
What we don't do
We don't pour concrete ourselves, and we don't handle foundation repair or large commercial paving. If a request falls outside what a residential flatwork contractor should take, we tell you directly. We never sell your contact details or share them with more than the one contractor handling your request.
Where we work
Austin, Round Rock, Leander and Georgetown, along with nearby parts of Travis and Williamson counties. If you're unsure about your address, send the request and we'll confirm.
Because each contractor covers a defined part of the area, the person who calls you will usually know your neighborhood, the ground it sits on and the local rules that apply.
