Information you provide

• Name and phone number, and an email address if you include one.
• The city or area where the project is located.
• The service you chose and the project description you write.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages load, such as the page, time, browser type, approximate location and referring page. We count clicks on call buttons and form submissions to understand which pages are useful. We don't use advertising trackers.

The site may store a small preference in your browser, such as a dismissed notice, which you can clear in your browser settings.

How it's used

To contact you about your request, arrange the estimate, pass your request to the contractor and confirm later that it was handled. Anonymous totals, such as requests per city, help us improve the site.

We don't send marketing messages.

We may also use your request to check that the contractor contacted you, and to follow up if something went wrong.

Sharing

One independent concrete contractor serving your area receives your name, phone number, city and project description. Service providers that host the site, deliver form messages and route email process data only to provide those services.

Retention

Requests are kept for up to two years to follow up on estimates and answer questions about past work, then deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

How we protect it

Requests are stored with our hosting provider and accessible only to the people who need them to arrange your estimate. We use encrypted connections for the website and form submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the information we hold to what the request needs.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics provided by our host to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not build advertising profiles or follow you across other websites. We don't run advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on this site.

Links to other sites

Pages on this site may link to public sources, such as city or county websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them. We don't share your request with any of them.
